9. SS shall send (on the available PDSCH) a “UE TEST LOOP PROSE MODE D SIDELINK DIRECT DISCOVERY PACKET COUNTER REQUEST” message and wait for the UE to respond (on the available PUSCH) with a “UE TEST LOOP PROSE MODE D SIDELINK DIRECT DISCOVERY PACKET COUNTER RESPONSE” reporting the received Sidelink direct discovery packet counter value.
10. SS calculates the variable Pok as (current counter value – counter value at last test iteration).
11. SS shall compute the fraction of maximum throughput as 100%*(Pok / Ptot ).
12. Repeat steps 1 to 11 for each subtest as applicable.

6. SS continues with the generic procedures described in TS 36.508 [7] clause 4.5.3A.3 and 4.5.4.3 and ensures the UE is in State 4 according to TS 36.508 [7] clause 4.5.4 and the UE test loop Mode D is activated.
11.5.2.4.2 Test Procedure
1. SS transmits PDSCH via PDCCH DCI format 1A for C_RNTI to transmit the DL RMC according to Table TBD. The SS sends downlink MAC padding bits on the DL RMC.
2. SS sends uplink scheduling information via PDCCH DCI format 0 for C_RNTI to schedule the UL RMC according to Table TBD. When the UE has no payload data to send, it transmits uplink MAC padding bits on the UL RMC.
3. Set the parameters of bandwidth, propagation condition, antenna configuration and the SNR for cell1 according to Table 11.5.1.3-1.
4. SS transmits PSDCH on each active Sidelink UE as per with SL RMC according to Table 11.5.1.3-1. Set the Sidelink signal level, configured resource pools, bandwidth, antenna configuration according to Table 11.5.1.3-1 and Table 11.5.1.3-2.
5. SS shall transmit an RRCConnectionReconfiguration message to configure DRX. Message contents exceptions are defined in clause 11.5.1.4.3.
6. The UE shall transmit RRCConnectionReconfigurationComplete message.
7. Initialise the variables Ptot and Pok as 0.
8. SS shall send SL Discovery Packets (MAC padding bits) on the SL RMC for each of the active sidelink for the test time [FFS]. SS stores the number of the transmitted Discovery Packets per sidelink UE in the current test iteration in the variable Ptot.
