Description

Set command sets the parameters of Advice of Charge related price per unit and currency table in SIM card or in the active application in the UICC (GSM or USIM) file EF_PUCT. PUCT information can be used to convert the home units (as used in +CAOC, +CACM and +CAMM) into currency units. SIM PIN2 is usually required to set the parameters. If setting fails in an MT error, +CME ERROR: <err> is returned. Refer clause 9.2 for possible <err> values.

Read command returns the current parameters of PUCT.

Defined values

<currency>: string type; three-character currency code (e.g. "GBP", "DEM"); character set as specified by command select TE character set +CSCS

<ppu>: string type; price per unit; dot is used as a decimal separator (e.g. "2.66")

<passwd>: string type; SIM PIN2
