7.7 Spurious response

25.1023GPPRelease 17TSUser Equipment (UE) radio transmission and reception (TDD)

Spurious response is a measure of the receiver’s ability to receive a wanted signal on its assigned channel frequency without exceeding a given degradation due to the presence of an unwanted CW interfering signal at any other frequency at which a response is obtained i.e. for which the blocking limit is not met.

7.7.1 Minimum Requirement

7.7.1.1 3.84 Mcps TDD Option

For non-IMB operation, the BER shall not exceed 0.001 for the parameters specified in Table 7.8.

For IMB operation, the BLER shall not exceed 0.01 for the parameters specified in Table 7.8.

NOTE *: Subtract 0.77dB when using the IMB DL reference measurement channel. For IMB the term DPCH_Ec refers to the sum of the energy of the physical channels comprising the IMB DL reference measurement channel.

7.7.1.2 1.28 Mcps TDD Option

The BER shall not exceed 0.001 for the parameters specified in Table 7.8A.
