Octet 5 shall be encoded as follows:

– Bit 1 – N9: when set to "1", this indicates the N9 interface type.

– Bit 2 –N3: when set to "1", this indicates the N3 interface type.

– Bit 3 to 8: Spare, for future use and set to "0".
