The following flags are coded within Octet 5:
– Bit 1 – BID: If this bit is set to "1", then theUser Plane Node value field shall be present.
– Bit 2 to 8: Spare, for future use and set to "0".
The User Plane Node value field shall be encoded as an Unsigned64 binary integer. To support IEEE TSN, the User Plane Node value field encodes the Bridge ID as defined in IEEE 802.1Q [30] clause 14.2.5. Without IEEE TSN, the User Plane Node ID may encode any value within the range.
