The NW-TT Port Number IE shall be encoded as shown in Figure 8.2.142-1. It shall contain one Port Number value.

The Port Number value may refer either to an Ethernet port or an IEEE PTP port and it shall be encoded as an Unsigned16 binary integer in octets 7 and 8. Octets 5 and 6 shall be set to all zeros.
For Ethernet type PDU Sessions, it is assumed that the PTP port number is the same as the associated Ethernet port number.
