The following bits within Octet 5 shall indicate:

– Bit 1 – RESTI (Restoration Indication): if this bit is set to "1", it indicates to the UP function that the PFCP session to be established is to restore an existing PFCP session.

– Bit 2 – SUMPC (Stop of Usage Measurement to Pause Charging): if this bit is set to "1", it indicates that the UP function shall stop the usage measurement for all URRs with the "ASPOC" flag set to "1".
