The following bits within Octet 5 shall indicate:
– Bit 1 – PARPS (PFCP Association Release Preparation Start): if this bit is set to "1", it indicates that the PFCP association is to be released and all non-zero usage reports for the PFCP Sessions affected by the release of the PFCP association shall be reported.
– Bit 2 to 8 – Spare, for future use, shall be set to "0" by the sender and discarded by the receiver.
