The coding of the Macro eNodeB ID is the responsibility of each administration. Coding using full hexadecimal representation (binary, not ASCII encoding) shall be used.

7.7.113 Selection Mode with NSAPI
The Selection Mode with NSAPI information element contains the Selection Mode value indicating the origin of the APN used while activating the PDN connection, which is identified by the NSAPI.
