8.5.86 Actions related to reception of a HS-SCCH order for TTI switching (FDD only)
25.3313GPPProtocol specificationRadio Resource Control (RRC)Release 17TS
If the UE receives a TTI switch HS-SCCH Order, the UE shall:
1> if the variable SECONDARY_CELL_E_DCH_TRANSMISSION is not set to TRUE:
2> calculate the activation time T, by adding the value of the IE "Activation delay" in the variable OTHER_TTI_EDCH_CONFIGURATION to the CFN as specified in [29].
1> else:
2> if the HS-SCCH order indicates only TTI change on secondary uplink frequency:
3> calculate the activation time T, by adding the value of the IE "Activation delay" in the variable OTHER_TTI_EDCH_CONFIGURATION_ON_SECONDARY_UL_FREQUENCY to the CFN as specified in [29].
2> else:
3> calculate the activation time T, by adding the value of the IE "Activation delay" in the variable OTHER_TTI_EDCH_CONFIGURATION to the CFN as specified in [29].
1> at the activation time T:
2> if the variable SECONDARY_CELL_E_DCH_TRANSMISSION is not set to TRUE:
3> if the current configured TTI length is 2ms TTI:
4> release the physical channel configuration for 2ms TTI which was present before T;
4> apply the physical channel configuration for 10ms TTI as specified for the information elements in the IE "10ms TTI Configuration Information" in the variable OTHER_TTI_EDCH_CONFIGURATION, respecting the requirement in [29].
3> else:
4> release the physical channel configuration for 10ms TTI, which was present before T;
4> apply the physical channel configuration for 2ms TTI as specified for the information elements in the IE "2ms TTI Configuration Information" in the variable OTHER_TTI_EDCH_CONFIGURATION, respecting the requirement in [29].
2> else:
3> if the value indicated by the HS-SCCH order is different than the current value on an uplink frequency:
4> release the physical channel configuration on that frequency;
4> apply the physical channel configuration as specified for the information elements in the variable OTHER_TTI_EDCH_CONFIGURATION or OTHER_TTI_EDCH_CONFIGURATION_ON_SECONDARY_UL_FREQUENCY.
2> set the variable ORDERED_RECONFIGURATION to FALSE.
