The MBMS In-band Signalling Indicator indicates whether the network sends system information messages and (for mobile stations with an assigned MS_ID on that MBMS radio bearer) paging messages on the PACCH.

MBMS In-band Signalling Indicator (1 bit field) The MBMS In-band Signalling Indicator information element is coded as follows: Bit 0 System information and paging messages are not sent on the PACCH of the MBMS radio bearer. 1 System information and paging messages are sent on the PACCH of the MBMS radio bearer.
