	This leaf node indicates whether the MCPTT user is allowed to request a call forwarding based on manual user input.

When set to "true" the MCPTT user is allowed to request a call forwarding based on manual user input. The target of the forwarding is not restricted (e.g. can be any MCPTT user).

When set to "false" the MCPTT user is not allowed to request a call forwarding based on manual user input.
