This leaf node indicates whether the MCPTT user is allowed to request a call transfer to any target user. |

When set to "true" the MCPTT user is allowed to request a call transfer to any target user.
When set to "false" the MCPTT user is not allowed to request a call transfer to any user, permission of call transfer is checked based on on entries in the <AllowedTargetMCPTTIDList>/<AllowedTargetFunctionalAliasIDList> as defined in 3GPP TS 24.484 [12] using the procedures defined in 3GPP TS 24.379 [7].
