	This leaf node indicates the authorisation to receive a MCVideo private call from any MCVideo user.

When set to "true" the MCVideo user is authorised to receive an MCVideo private call by any MCVideo user.

When set to "false" the MCVideo user is not authorised to receive an MCVideo private call by any MCVideo user, but only from the MCVideo users contained in the IncomingUserList.
