	This leaf node indicates the authorisation to initiate an MCData emergency one-to-one communication or to upgrade an MCData normal priority one-to-one communication to an MCData emergency one-to-one communication.

When set to "true" the MCData user is authorised to initiate an MCData emergency one-to-one communication or to upgrade an MCData normal priority one-to-one communication to an MCData emergency one-to-one communication.

When set to "false" the MCData user is not authorised to initiate an MCData emergency one-to-one communication or to upgrade an MCData normal priority one-to-one communication to an MCData emergency one-to-one communication.
