This feature-capability indicator when included in a Feature-Caps header field as specified in IETF RFC 6809  in a SIP INVITE request or a SIP 200 (OK) response to a SIP INVITE request indicates that the MCPTT server is capable of receiving a SIP BYE from an MCPTT client to release an ambient-listening call.
