Test procedure:
1) UE sends a CANCEL request to the SS.
2) SS responds to the CANCEL request with a 200 OK.
3) SS responds to the INVITE request with a 487 Request Terminated.
4) SS waits for the UE to send an ACK to acknowledge receipt of the 487 Request Terminated for INVITE.
