Based on inter-operator agreement, 3GPP PS data off extension as described in 3GPP TS 24.229 [5] may be supported over the roaming II-NNI.

If the 3GPP PS data off extension is supported, "+g.3gpp.ps-data-off" media feature tag in the Contact header field parameter of the REGISTER request shall be supported at the roaming II-NNI.
