For the supplementary services that are considered "activated as a result of provision", when the service is provisioned the following applies:

when subscription data is sent from the HLR to the VLR, and
when an interrogation is sent from the HLR or VLR to the MS:

‑ "Provision status" indicators shall be set to "Provisioned";

‑ "Activation status" indicators shall be set to "Active".
